Inside Sales Specialist Representative (ISR) – Fluke Networks AirMagnet
Location: Fluke Networks CIC – Eindhoven – The Netherlands
Primary function / Major Responsibilities
1. General Summary
· The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is an experienced sales-professional and an integral part of the company's aggressive sales growth of mobile wireless analysis, troubleshooting and planning software as well as the best Wi-Fi survey solutions in the industry.
· The primary function of the ISR is to facilitate the sales of our products over the phone by leveraging remote presentations, guided demonstrations and trial evaluations.
2. Primary Function / Major Responsibility
· Produce management Policy Deployment reports and Key Performance Indicator reports for planning process and management in accordance to Fluke Networks and Danaher standards.
· Performs all telesales sales activities (including but not limited to channel management, telephone calls, remote presentations, guided demonstrations, trial evaluations and customer seminars) necessary within assigned geographic territory that result in sales growth
· Develops and maintains sales opportunities pipeline sufficient to capture annual top line growth target.
· Delivers accurate and timely forecast
3. Education and/or Experience
· Degree in sales, marketing or technical field, and three years inside sales experience in a business to business (B2B) environment with international Channels with technical products in the IT industry.
· Technical education in IT, and/or Networking
· At least 1 year proven successful telesales experience in a B2B environment
Qualifications
1. Job skills required
· Required primary language skills: Native English, Native German.
· Secondary language skills: French, Spanish, Italian
· Good IT/Networking knowledge to communicate/interact with customers
2. Job conditions
· Following the working hours and local public holidays of the country/Region the employee is working for/appointed to.
3. Job location / General
· The location for the job is Fluke Networks CIC in Eindhoven. Because the complete Inside Sales Team works full time from this office is (partly) working from Home Office not possible nor allowed.
The job is for 24-40 hours a week from Eindhoven office.
