Position Description:
This is a challenging role for a highly motivated, intelligent, and self-directed individual looking to work in a fast paced and energetic environment. This position is an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant looking to join a growing company where he/she can draw on his/her skills and experience to contribute and be valued as a part of a global team.
You will be responsible for supporting several Fluke Networks’ teams and backfill support to the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a highly-visible role and interacting with the senior leaders of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Schedule meetings, maintain calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate meeting schedules
· Research, schedule and manage domestic and international travel arrangements that are subject to regular change
· Provide logistic support for a wide range of meetings, prepare and coordinate documents for key meetings and coordinate action items that result from various meetings
General administrative activities:
· Phone screening, voice mail management; responding to external calls
· Ordering office supplies and computer equipment
· File and document management, physical and network-based
· Expense reporting
· Coordinate site events such as holiday celebration and team events
· Manage conference rooms, reconcile budgets, assist with candidate interviews
Document and presentation management:
· Prepare, modify and produce presentations and reports
· Prepare and organize pre-meeting and post-meeting materials and reports as needed
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
· Prospective candidates for the Administrative Assistant position will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with a solid track record providing administrative support for multiple senior-level executives, ideally in an international company and in a fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will be an organized, high energy and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and prioritize daily tasks with little guidance, who has excellence communication skills and an ability to work effectively within the department and across the company. S/he will be process and analytically focused, with the ability to multi-task and set appropriate priorities and pro-actively anticipate and resolve issues.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Passionate self-starter
· Excellent analytical problem solving skills
· Excellent writing skills
· Experience working with highly confidential and/or sensitive information
· Ability to interact well with people on all levels and build good working relationships with management team, peers, employees within the company, and outside business partners; gain recognition as a team resource
· Advanced computer and technology skills to include:
Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Internet browsers
Ability to work extended hours at various times as workload and deadlines will fluctuate
